Introductions and Salutations

Well, here we are. Approximately seven minutes have passed while I sit here staring at an ominous blinking cursor, The Thinker style. The fact that the thermostat in this room reads 81 degrees may be a contributing factor to my lack of brain power. Powering through, I suppose this would be an appropriate time to introduce myself. So, hello! I'm Kate and this is my blog, Blue Lassie. I've been following blogs for years and I thought it about time to create my own. Who knows where this will go?
