I Can See The Pines Are Dancing

It's that time again. Summer is winding down and making way for autumn. It's safe to say I've been ready for fall for weeks now, so it should come as no surprise that it took me about five minutes to put this fall wishlist together. This gal knows what she wants.

1. HUNTER Huntress Wellies - $135 It seems to rain on a weekly basis in my area this time of year. I have my Bean Boots for the wet winter months, but they're just a tad too insulated and warm for early fall. These would be the perfect solution to the puddles encountered on my walks home.

2. FILSON Antique Tin Cloth Barn Coat - $195 Filson is known for making high-quality goods to last a lifetime. For a classic like this, that's just what I need. This coat, some jeans, boots, and a good scarf. That's how you do autumn weather.

3. Chemex Drip Coffee Carafe - $40 While I'm not a huge coffee drinker, I have the distinct feeling I'll be needing to become a huge coffee drinker within the next few months. For someone with very little storage, a generic coffeemaker isn't exactly what you want sitting out on your counter. But this guy? I can see this carafe becoming an aesthetically pleasing part of my morning ritual.

4. ELF Handmade Leather Flats - $90 Welp, these are heavenly. The craftsmanship! Can you imagine these with a pair of straight leg jeans, cuffed at the ankle? Pure perfection. I've probably already ordered these by the time you've read this.

5. HERSCHEL Little America Mid-Volume - $85 Like Filson, Herschel makes quality goods. While I'm no longer in school, a backpack would still be a handy thing to have. My bike is nearing its finish so I'll soon be on the road with places to go and things to tote. And maybe if I have a camping-appropriate backpack, someone will take me camping (wishful thinking?).

6. JUNIPER RIDGE Big Sur Room Spray - $24 Wild ginger, burnt honey, salt, and damp ground. You're kidding yourself if you don't want your entire house smelling like this. I mean, come on.

And here's a little musical treat from one of my favorite fellows, to carry you into fall.
